Trekking in Morocco Atlas Mountains

Day 1: Marrakech-Imlil--tacheddirt:

After breakfast we leave Marrakech to Imlil 65 km away. Imlil is the chief pedestrian. There is a constant movement of people coming down from the mountains, and the equal supply of activity from those on the verge of embarking on their adventure. We meet our team for the first meeting in order to bring our luggage, and we start walking along the valley towards Tacheddirt pass the Tamatert forest, and we climb up to pass in Tizi N'tamatert (2, 279m). Then we go down to the beautiful village of Onanhra and continue, for another half hour or so, to Tacheddirt (3, 000m), where we generally camp near the river. Overnight in a tent.

Day 2: Tachedirt - Azibe likemt :

After the bpreslent we climb to the passage in Tizi-likemt (3, 555m m). Going too hard as there is a large amount of loose pebble on the ground. At the top we enjoy our first fine view of the Toubkal block before a long downhill landing to the village of Azib Likemt, where we were camping at night.

Day 3: Azibe likemt - Amsuzart :

This is a long time, but it is relatively easy, taking us today through a variety of contrasting landscapes. From Tizi N’ourai (3, 120m) We enjoy more views of the Toubkal massif, including the summit, the eastern face and the Lake Ifni (3, 876m). The route leads to Amsutzet, one of the most prominent villages in the region, where we spend the night in a Berber guesthouse.

Day 4: Amsouzert - Ifni Lake :

West Amsouzert are many small villages, which we explore on our way towards Lake Ifni, the only lake in a rocky mass. It is an unforgettable spectacle, surrounded by rocky mountains and huge piles of rubble, and unusually deep. We expect to arrive by lunch time and spend the afternoon relaxing on the beach. We're camping tonight to the castle. Day 5: Ifni Lake -Toubkal Nitler:
Now you must accept the hardest day on the journey we make our way along the steep road that leads to an endless slope seemingly the slope. All along we get to pass in the Tizi N'ouanums (3, 664m), a narrow edge between two rock shafts. From here is a long winding landing to a refuge, a mountain refuge where we spend the night.

Day 6: Climb the Toubkal - Imlil village :

We leave early in the morning, after we have trained the summit well. If the conditions are good it should not take more than 2-3 hours to reach the top, where we enjoy wide views of the entire Atlas collection and the Marrakech lights. Back to base, we then come down fairly quickly to the villages of Sidi Chamharouch before the next Ait Mizane River, along the Forest trail well, to the head of the trail in Imlil. If you are staying in Marrakech, you will be taken there by car at the end of the day.
Overnight in the hotel .
